NO DAY OF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION 

We Will be trying to keep all mat areas as busy as we possibly can.

NO EMPTY MATS!

We will try to get everyone to compete as quickly as possible. This is a Family Run Tournament, We are here to give our students a positive outlet in Martial Arts, any Unsportsmanlike conduct, Profanity, or Aggression towards staff or refs, from Parents or Spectators, will result in immediate removal from tournament.

Weigh ins night before at

Galvan’s Martial Arts, 5 - 9 pm Weigh ins that day starting at 9-00 am Full Parking lot for parents and spectators.

IF YOU MISS WEIGHT, YOU WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT DIVISION. 

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT FOR MISSING WEIGHT OR CHANGE OF DIVISION. IT IS THE COMPETITORS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UNDER THE WEIGHT THEY REGISTERED FOR. 

We will have all Kids and Juveniles start competing at 10 am, all Adults Start at 12 Noon. Please be here one hour before Competition begins. Efficiency is our Goal. 

Basic Tournament Rules                                                                                                     

2 points = Take downs                                                                                                   

2 points = Sweeps                                                                                                         

2 points = Knee on Stomach                                                                                           

3 points = Guard Pass                                                                                                     

4 points = Back Mount                                                                                                   

4 points = Mount                                                                                                            

For all kids competitors, SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY, all our referees have the authority to stop any match if they see fit. We want to give every child a chance to compete without fear of permanent or severe injury.

Please help us organize the tournament by registering early. Early registrations help us speed up the tournament have mats planned out and SAVES YOU MONEY!

Early Bird Registration ENDS AUG. 1ST  $60 for Each Division

Registration ENDS SEPT. 11th $70 for each Division

Late Registration ENDS OCT. 2ND $80 for each Division

NO ONSITE DAY OF REGISTRATIONS

Weigh-ins the night before and the day of the tournament are available!

Each School will have 2 Coach Passes Free of Charge. 

The last Day to Cancel for a refund will be SEPTEMBER 27th, 2024. After that we will move the competitor to the closest weight and belt division.
